Terms and Conditions

Minimum opening order: $150, Minimum reorder: $75

•Order minimums are per location.

•Orders should be placed online with an approved wholesale account, or through an established wholesale dealer.  We do not sell on any third-party sites (Amazon, Rakuten, etc)

•Seattle Seed Company accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Square Cash.  We are not able to ship orders C.O.D.

•Products must be ordered in multiples of minimum quantities.  Please pay close attention to case quantities when ordering.

•Orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 5 working days of their receipt by Seattle Seed Company.

•Rush orders incur an additional $15 charge.

•Free offset items are selected by Seattle Seed Company and are not eligible for return.

•Our BUY-BACK GUARANTEE only applies to filled Floor-Standing Displays and the Countertop Displays, and only applies to individual seed packets (not gift items.)  Eligible items will be returned to Seattle Seed Company, and a 50% credit of purchase price will be applied toward your next season’s order. Buy-back credits carry for 1 year only. (Example: Return 100 packets purchased at $1.50/ea, $75 credit is placed on your account.  Under this model you can discount your seeds up to 50% at the end of the season and still make a profit.  We kindly request that each store make an effort to clearance their remaining seeds at the end of the season before processing them for return.

•Substitutions: All seed displays and gifts are subject to substitution of a similar variety if necessary. We will do our best to accomodate special requests/preferred varieties. Simply ask your sales rep to put a note on your order.

•Past due balances are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month.

•We reserve the right to refuse service.

•Free ground shipping on orders over $300.  Orders will be shipped USPS. FedEx or UPS unless other arrangements are made.

•Freight charges, if any apply, will be billed to the customer with merchandise, which is F.O.B. Seattle, WA.  We always find the most economical freight and charge only real costs.

•Prices and products are subject to change; the website will always have current pricing.  If you are ordering from older materials, please confirm pricing before you submit a PO.


•Incorrectly shipped orders or defective items must be brought to the attention of Seattle Seed Company or your sales representative within 10 days of receipt.

•No products may be returned without prior authorization from Seattle Seed Company.  Please call our office at (206) 395-GROW or email support@seattleseed.com. We will generate a return shipping label. A detailed list of all returned items must accompany shipment.
